Amberley constantly strive to deliver the best customer service, we have allocated team members and assigned deputies to every customer we look after. Whilst emails play a big part of the modern business world, we still ensure that our telephone service offers all customers a voice to talk to.
The perpetual training programme gives the Amberley Customer Service Team the ability to consolidate knowledge in all aspects of production, from printing and evaluating artwork files, estimating digital and conventional customer enquiries to narrowing down choices on materials and technical processes.
By maintaining the latest EDI software the Customer Service Team have the opportunity to dedicate more valuable time to their customer’s needs. As this example of feedback shows from another client:
