CASE STUDY 4

Tesco - Skincuisine Range

Background
Amberley were asked by PBB to help produce a very distinguished label for a newly developed toiletries product range for Tesco. The Skincuisine range.

The label design included a special requirement for a very bold header bar, not achievable on conventional presses. The header bar needed to be a special colour (Light Blue) with a high density finish. This was not available from the conventional four colour process. In addition to this we were asked to keep the very fine graphical detail in the remaining content of the label design while maintaining a tight registration on the key design features.

Tesco required a high quality look and feel for this product. Colour control and consistency along with brand identity were key factors in the project success. Working with the design team and the packer filler a suitable product was manufactured that the customer was extremely pleased with.
