Ellisons - Pedispa Range

Background
Ellisons are a long standing customer with Amberley. When Ellisons were looking to re-launch the design of there foot care range of labels they came to Amberley.

Over a period of three months Amberley worked with Ellisons design team to produce not only an original look to the label but a manufacturing method that produced excellent results. The Pedi Spa label has a unique design that requires both tight registration and clarity of print specifically in the graphical areas of the label. The other important design feature is the light fading (vignette effect) in the central areas. This needed to be very gradual and was achieved with great results on the digital print process.

Ellisons were extremely pleased with the end result and have subsequently made repeat orders.

Technical Information

The Pedi Spar range consists of eight different sorts of label. Each being printed on the HP WS4000 digital press. Then hot foiled using the Aldo Berra foiling machines and finally returning to the Omega finishing unit to be varnished and cut, before rewind and shipping.
