When it comes to labelling your products, something small can make a difference.
Amberley Labels was originally founded 25 years ago, starting in a small garage facility with a single machine. From those early days of the company, technology and the ability to support it’s customers was seen as essential to it's future success.
Within the first few years of trading Amberley Labels was an early adopter of synthetic materials in labelling and a pioneer of in-house repro and plate making services. Later on during 1989 these services were upgraded to include the latest electronic technology.
1993 saw Amberley Labels take it's next major step in developing it’s capabilities to support it’s customers future requirements by moving to a purpose built manufacturing facility. This facility was designed to house all of the current facilities, Sales, Repro , Pre-Press, Production Presses, Rewind, Despatch, Training, Technical Support and to enable room for these capabilities to develop further.
In 1994 Amberley Labels took a further step forward in technology by being one of the early adopters of UV flexo process and the introduction of a sophisticated and integrated Management Information System (MIS).
In 2002 Amberley Labels restructured it's management team with a management buyout. This change resulted in the formation of Amberley as we know it today. One of the first and most significant business decisions made by the new management team was to be the UK's first user of the HP WS4000 digital label press in 2003.
Today Amberley Labels is in a great position to support all of it’s customers. However as part of our on-going drive to be the best we are continually searching for new ideas, new technology or new ways to support you the customer.
